Laura Banford of EasyInternational Makes Her TV Debut!

You all likely recognize Laura Banford as the lovely lady who's been taking us virtually around the world to share her many tips and tricks in making those oh-so-easy meals.  Well, Graspr's own Ms. 'EasyInternational'  shows us her star power yet again in a recent appearance on CBS's Good Day Sacramento morning show where she touts the benefits of using Graspr's video technology and distribution services to help build and market a business.  Thanks Laura, we think you're pretty amazing too, and so clearly ready for primetime! Be sure to catch a glimpse of Laura's big TV appearance here - this is surely the first of many to come.

Graspr and Teresa are Featured in USA Today!

Ok, only because she is too modest to do so herself, I am compelled as Director of Marketing to toot Teresa's horn for her.  Teresa Phillips, the founder and CEO of Graspr, was just featured in USA Today's Executive Suite series!  If you haven't yet seen the article, be sure to read Jon Swartz's terrific piece 'Executive Suite: CEO wants to help extend your grasp' to get a flavor of who Teresa really is.

We can all attest to the fact that Teresa is a true visionary who works tirelessly each day to make knowledge more affordable and accessible for the benefit of all.  But would you have guessed that she arrived here rather circuitously after first tending animals on the family's Kansas farm, shooting baskets on scholarship and rubbing shoulders with four-star generals?

Corporate Blogs - Do they matter?

I'll be the first to admit that I've done a horrendous job at posting on Graspr's blog. I talked about doing it for a long time. And I felt guilty when I didn't. So, I stopped talking about it.

Hmm.. I wonder why I don't make blogging a priority. I read a lot of other people's blogs. I often search blogs for market data and marketplace buzz. And I certainly have big vision and loads of enthusiasm for Graspr. I do think the blogging culture can be mean-spirited and petty in some corners, but I don't think that has dissuaded me from blogging. I will admit that the informal, stream-of-consciousness, whatever-I-write-is-there-forever nature of blogging gives me some pause.

But most of all, I'm wondering if corporate blogs matter? Could a company's blog influence you enough to attract you to the company or keep you from coming back? What does a company's blog tell you about the company, its CEO, culture, and probability of success? Does it matter to you?
